I would like to get the same look for small boxes for articles like this is done for jomsocial members so each square is equal with title in image is this possible ? I mean the musicity template..and the main page with tabs (newest, active,popular)

Is this possible with configuration or should i make some css changes if so how can i do it simplest?

Hi

Please prepare tabs module to display NSP module in each tab and let me know the page this is prepared I'll help with additional css to make it look similar.
