stock market section not working

I just downloaded and installed the quickstart of "theworldnewsII" template.
Everything is working but the Stock Market section, which is showing terrible errors as follows.
I'm running on wamp, same results with 5.2.9 and 5.3.13 php version.
Anyone can help ?

Hi

Please ignore it for now and get back to me when page will be online. Right now it can be caused by WAMP itself, because those are warning and should not display the whole information about it.
