we receive problems in installation of the theme, can you do it for us?

After the quickstart installation
We are adding the theme but we can't see the theme in the theme manager part of our control panel.

What should I do?

Your installation don't look like quickstart installation but only clean template install. Please clean server and database, download quickstart package and check this tutorial https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/templates-for-joomla-1-6/quickstart-installation-for-joomla-1-6/
