404 error page during registration

Help! Over the weekend, I mistakenly disabled joomla users so I couldn't log onto site as Super User. I went to myAdminPhp and got back onto site. However in the process made some changes in myAdminPhp file that seems to affect the registration process. I can't locate the source of the error.

When new K2 users go to register, joomla-pages-ii/user-registration.html appears fine but after entering data and hitting register, the 404 page not found appears. I checked plug ins and all is enabled. I checked other settings, all seems fine.

I had recaptcha working fine and now had to disable because was blocking jomsocial user registration (there are 2 separate registrations - K2 & JomSocial).

I have cleared your cache and trash so register link is not throwing 404 anymore. See Home > Register.
There are other errors in your website, mostly js, have you done any modifications to template files ?

Haven't heard back. Going to reinstall template. Should fix a few errors hopefully...

After reinstalling template, 404 page error remains after selecting "Register", entering data and then selecting option at bottom of module "Register". This sends the user to a 404 error page with no confirmation of registration.

Any ideas?

I will check again tonight and I ll update in here.
