change language of installed site

Hello,

I've recently acquired the AppsProtech Template.

Here is my Control panel Language Manager.

Do you know how to change:

in the language manager : Installed languages


    Title => Language : French
    Native Title => French
    Language Tag : fr-FR or French

in the language manager : content languages

    Title => Language : French
    Native Title : in French
    Language Tag : in French

Hi

You must install French Joomla! language.
Search on joomla language directory.

Installation is done using Joomla Installer
