Facebook Connect Error . Please Help

I have problem with Facebook login... on username put "Facebook" and the message is Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

I've recently created an apllication for my site.
I put api id on template and plugin and password of api on plugin.

Why there isn't a clear instruction ????

The plugin is very important for me .

Please Help

Hi,

Please go to Plugin Manager and find FB authorization (or something I don't remember exactly) then enable the setting Auto Register then it should work.

Hi Don . I Have read the post in this forum about this problem and i have enabled the autoregister in the fb plugin but nothing ... the error persist . Any idea ?

I have the same issue with the Facebook Login. I set the App id in the template admin and in the plugin too, but when i click on the fb login button and authorize the facebook login i don't get logged in.

Hi don .. recently i have insert the app id and the secret ( now is on the plugin ) but when i try to click register with FB the server respond 500 internal error and i cut the setting on the plugin.

Hi,

There seems to be something wrong with your FB app setting, if you go to this link you will see the error message from FB for your app https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth?a ... e&sdk=joey

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

As I observed you used two different domains for backend and frontend of the site, that might be the problem as well. Please check and let me know.
