site optimisation

Hello.
Can anybody help me.
I am near the finishing my site.
But now the size of the site is 75mb in ZIP, and 145mb without compression.
I think it`s too large.
And the question is: how to optimise -decrease the size? Besides I removed unused template (beez..). What more I can delete (I don`t want to make mistake or delete unnecessary files).

I agree that the site's loading speed is very slow now, you can try improving it by turning on cache and optimization modes for the template first http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/627/3518167349.png

I can't advice you to remove/delete any files in the site because it'd be very unsafe that may cause some potential problem in future. You should better go to Extension Manager and select unnecessary extensions to uninstall http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/628/0674426582.png
