someone helps me setting up my error page 404 back up again

hello guys
i really need your help guys, my error page 404 is not working , i need someone who can help me setting or fixing it , my 404 error page is not appearing anymore ,,i want some help guys,,,i have been 'round some forums but it does look like nobody's ready to share their knowledge or willing to help,,i am putting a big hope in here ,,could please someone help me ???,,if u need my admin access ,,just let me know ,,so i can provide you with the required infos in order to fix this ,,,here's my website www.thetalentedsociety.com

Thanks for that, I have just checked and seen that you are using sh404sef component to manage URLs which seems to be not working properly to redirect error pages to proper page of the template though the settings seem to be correct, have you tried contacting with the sh404sef support team to take a look on the problem and check?
