Hi Sabrina,

As you can see in the error message, the error comes from a Joomla file so it couldn't be a template error, I have searched on Google and found this which may help you fix it out http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=390070

Cheers,

Ok, I tried following when written in the post and now reports the error that appears to be related to the template
Fatal error: Call to undefined method GKTemplate :: getParam () in / home / bedanait / public_html / templates / gk_coffe / layouts / default.php on line 29

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I would like to debug the issue if you could send me a PM to provide with your site's backend and FTP access info.

Thanks,

Thank you Sabrina, it seems like that the template is not working properly that can't connect to its library. Can you please reinstall it or just provide me with backend access plus to try that for you?

Thanks again,

Hi,

I have just checked again, your Joomla installation is missing a lot of files, that's why it can't run now, for example there are only two directories under your Joomla root folder now, they are "administrator" and "cgi-bin". Therefore, please try to re-install Joomla properly first then the template will work.

Thanks,

Hi,

That's a really weird issue and I don't think it comes from the template, can you please try installing a fresh Joomla package to check if it can work properly? Problem could come from your server as well, please check.

Thanks,
