Hi,

So I am trying to display my site (Running on Pixel Love template and Joomla 2.5) in the mobile version, and I have read the support documents and did everything that was there but when I log in through my ipad or blackberry it keeps displaying the desktop version and everything related to the mobile version is enabled.

How can I display the mobile version ? And is there a way to create a menu link to go from desktop to mobile and vice versa?

I appreciate the suggestions and thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for the response, I am attaching the screenshots you requested. I have the default layout as "default"

Also is there any chance to create a menu link to switch back and forth from desktop to mobile?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I tried a user agent switcher and it does display the mobile version, but if I click to go to the desktop version I cannot go back to mobile if I want to, it keeps forcing the desktop version and there is no menu link for mobile version, I did it for both iphone and blackberry and same issue. Any suggestions?

The site's url is: www.jellobeat.com
