Repeating BG Images in Admin Messages

When I first installed using the QuickStart packages I had no problems with the admin section. When I moved it to the live server I now get repeating background images for admin messages (see screendump) which makes reading the messages a little difficult.

Does any one know how I can fix this?

Hi

Looks like files broke during the transfer. Please reinstal joomla.
