The template I have is Coffe. I've been working on setting up the main nav menu this evening and I had several set up as well as child menu items for a couple as well. They were all working fine until I went to the template manager and tried to see what I could do with the template sizing.

I went from 980 to 1000px and saved it. When I went back all the main menu items I created were gone and replaced with stuff like "Getting Started", "The Joomla Project", etc., which were all titles of sample articles that came with the template. I deleted all sample articles, but it's still there. What happened to the menu items I created and why is the menu pulling in sample articles into the navigation area?

Also, why can't I delete some of the main menu items like "Sample Sites" and "Site Maps" along with their child menu items?

I'd appreciate any help anyone can offer.
