how did you insert the recaptcha?

in the global configuration fields of K2, you need to choose if you use recaptcha or not, if yes fill in the api keys.
But if you use Jcomment instead of the root K2comment you don't encounter this problem

post a ticket and they will find solution for you if you absolutely need to use the K2 comments

Haha, I have already posted a ticket and they turned me down with that is a customization.
This is insane, I need to make my site secure and the tech support turns me down?
WTF??

I posted a ticket about that problem and they wanted to check where the problem comes from and I answer that I found solution because now I use Jcomment and everything works perfectly. Then why don't use Jcomments? you have captcha and more options than with the K2 comments.
