Remove the menu JS

I i would love to know how i can remove the menu js from the template.
Its not needed and i am speeding up my website.

Would be most easy to have a setting in backend to choose:

Just css
Megamenu
Droplinemenu
Splitmenu

Please just choose "none" in menu animation settings.
