how many level could I have on my main menu and how?

I want to have a workout section on the menu and when you put the mouse over workout then another menu button opens up showing men or women and when you click on men all the men workouts come up and the same thing for women... And then when you click on the actual workout then you will be taken to that specific page. Is this possible?

Everything is possible unfortunately this request will need some additional work. Maby You will be satisfy with the idea to use Men & Women menu items as separator and than create a submenu for relatet pages to this.
