It's Middle Menu on mod_mainmenu module type, published on "middlenav" module position.

I'm getting this in my quickstart install as well. The menu manager is showing 16 links, but when its clicked on to edit them, there is no links to edit, its just blank.

Yes, there's some small error on this... but it's not a problem.
Just create a new menu (if you want) and select this menu on the mod_mainmenu module that is published on "middlenav" module position.
