css in IE.. it's not working like it should.

Hello, I think you can help on that.

My website is intranet, so I can't post a link.

The problem is.. My website is working perfect on Firefox, but in IE some css properties are not working.. like the shadow's around the menus, and modules.. the shadow around the main body.

I did the backup in all css files, but still no working.. please any help on that?
