looks amazing, I think this template can be used for more projects than black style

Personally, I don't like black styles. I was a fan years ago but nowadays, white one is my favorite. For the gaming site, dark is ok, kids and older gamers like it, but if I will use this for something else, Light style is pretty nice option.
I started with recoding the template ( http://i56.tinypic.com/29uy93c.jpg ) but then I found this topic and I will wait rather for this half official version

Is it only me, but are there anyone else that think it could be at great that CAR MAGAZINE from 2009 is a good idea to be made with more module position like GAMEBOX MAGAZINE and setup for JOMSOCIAL.

I like very much this light version.

To my humble opinion every template should have the latest version of the dark and light ...

Gamebox's ligh version is not a Gavick relise but own work of Saichinha. Please wait till He ends it.

We know thats a spare-time project, but I would be good to know a date. Because so we could make plans.

In the other hand I can not unterstand because Gavick is not supporting the Light Theme. It's really sad.

It feels like forever and now that I have seen the light version layout I have planned my developments please let us know when this will be available

I've heard that gavick will make light and dark style for future templates.. don't hang me up on this though... i can't find the topic about this

@explodedk: I was not talking generally about Gavick Template. I said that it's sad that Gavick doesn't support officially the work of Mr. Seichinha. The topic has over 1200 views and so I think the customers are very interested in the Light theme.

And it's frustrating that we get no approximate release date. It's ok that it needs time but without a date we all can not manage our work.

i understand, but if we in gavick should make the light theme, the september template will be even more delayed than it already is we already made one thing for gamebox that wasn't in the plans from the start (joomsocial)

Alright, including myself, many customers are waiting light version.

I thing everyone understands the problem Gavick have to finish this template, Things take time.
They have a business to run, whether personal problem that interobt that the light version takes time to finish. But here's sugjestion to Gavick in future work with templates.

1. Make all templates in the dark and light version
2. do it for T3 Programme
3. makes the setup for Jomsocial

I know Gavick is under pressure from the customer who needs light version and to get next mounth templates ready.

So Gavick, it might be a good idea to maybe make an old templates upgrade to a new version I think and I have suggested once before that you take GAR MAGAZINE and upgrade it to support the 3 points at the top of this response.

You will save time and I will eat my hat on. you get happy customers and many new ones.

You are here for customers, the customers are here for you, but I can almost follow the frustration it must be every month, customers will have a ligth version of your templates and also frustratet customers.

Looking forward to see the light version and perhaps a reply from Gavick to responde on the suggestion.

andieman. we can't make everyone happy... as i said earlier in this thread, in future templates there will be both light and dark. that covers number 1. all future template is made over t3 that covers number 2. for jomsocial i can only talk for my self, i have never and properly will never use it... it's great there is some templates with jomsocial support... don't count on all templates will have jomsocial support...

a 3rd party like jomsocials makes updates every month, and there has been complains that we in gavick haven't updated gamebox within a week after there upgrade... imagine if we should make upgraderes 1-2 times a month to ALL templates because of a 3rd party update...

so again, 03 is most likely not gonna happend...

I see we have been very busy at Gavick with the release of the dark version for mystore this will go down a treat.

And now the Light version of Gamebox - I hope we are also going to get our request, seeing the layout samples is great but having the light version files would make my week

Mr. Seichinha could you please spend on minute of your time and write here if you are still working on the Light Version. Clearly it needs time to do it, but for us would it be helpful to know if the light version is still comming...
