500 Error ? help please.

Hi, I am trying to install PARTY FREAK and get a 500 Error. The error instructed me to check my error log. The error log reports the following: File does not exist home/uemag537/public_html/favicon.ico

I have no idea what that means? Any help would be awesome. Do you offer installation of templates? Maybe I should have you guys install it for me?
