Missing CSS Elements on jomsocial bits

This happens only when not logged in, the moment I log in the style behaves like it should. Seems like I am missing something, but I downloaded the restfiles1.6 again and copied the jomsocial template again to the right folder, still the same problem. Anybody can help me out with this?
