Landing page on mobile version to MENU

Hello,
Just purchased the party freak template for a local entertainment portal. I love the layout and colors especially on the mobile version. But by any chance is there a way to make the MENU come up on my mobile version as the landing page? that would make the mobile version almost look like an iphone app.
