build a website like the demo,how can i make it in easily.

I am a newbie in Joomla. I would like to build a new website like the demo, From the data sheet(pdf file) I read and it recommend the use of QuickStart version, i finish to install but it cannot access to the back-end. it required the password. So I would like know that I must crate by myself to make it look like the demo,and also the use of QuickStart version is only a guide line that right? or how can i make it in easily?

Quickstart is an exact copy of the demo. Please just download the file, unpack it, copy the files to server and open the site. Joomla installer will guide You throught the rest of the process.
