There are two ?? on the top of the page

Hi there, we have a serious problem with some special characters generated on EVERY ALBUM PAGE and EVERY SONG PAGE on Joomla Music Collection component. There are two ?? on the top of the page and we don't understand how to fix this problem. We have tried to comment them but there's no trace on those pages, we have tried to remove the artist link, we have tried to modify css and php, we have also tried to restore the backup files and even the original ones but those two ?? are still there.
We are thinking about an error while Unicode try to decode some special characters with accents, but we properly don't know how come it happens. We have already talked with Joomla Music Collection staff and they said probably is a template error that it doesn't allow on that component. Maybe you could help us to find a solution!
