Question on upgrading template to 2.0.0

Hello- I'm currently running the party freak template verion 1.1.1 and would like to upgrade to 2.0.0...Do i have to upgrade to 1.2.0 first or can i go straight to 2.0.0 from 1.1.1.

Once again it doesn't work.

Please check update option on this page.

If you don't want to replace files, install again the template, by setting a different default template, remove the old PartyFreak and install version 2.0.

The normal template file still appears to be version 1.2.0 files

The quickstart version seems to have been upgraded to the version 2.0.0

I try this update my version 1.2.0 using this: www.gavick.com/updates.html?task=update&id=142

But still appears version 1.2.0 and I have display problems with the Jomsocial template too...

Why the developer is not simple update the complete template zip 2.0.0 on the update downloads?

We pay for have the updated template but its imposible to have it.

6 days for a simple link....and still counting!

Do the Gavick team know about this issue or just simply ignoring it? This is not a good business for paying customers because you guys are ignoring or extremely slow in fixing a simple issue. We have websites to build for clients, within certain timeframe/limit, this is wasting time and money to wait and wait. I have had issues with FREE templates and extensions before, and they'd respond latest by one day. I've been waiting for solution or answer here for more than a week and still nothing.

Plus all the help files in the package are outdated. If it's an update package, everything inside it should be UPDATED. If not please mention that it's partly updated partly outdated and I'd have to find all the updated files/help files myself and waste more time. Some links for your tools etc also redirects to the outdated files. Please do a better check for links and stuff. This is not professional.
