Mobile scripts and css files

When viewing a site on a blackberry, the site i'm working on doesn't appear to use the mobile styling. This site is also using the JCH Optimizer plugin, combining many of the JS and CSS files, and my guess is this could be what's causing the mobile version not to display.

The cool thing about the plugin is that specific files can be excluded from the process. What are the files responsible for the mobile detection so that I know which to instruct the plugin to ignore?
