suggestion for hosting provider

Hi,
I'm actually using WAMPP to configure the "party freak" template but I had too many problems migrating my website to my online server (ovh) it looks so easy to use wamp because I can change php setting very quickly and get no errors but not with my online server.
I will use jomsocial too.
Could you please tell me which hosting provider is the best for this template + jomsocial.

The best mark amount joomla hosting is for sure Go Daddy. But for Your problem I suggest to use a ftp client which enables direct changes to the files on the server. It looks exacly as working localy than, but You can see the site online all the time.
