error after installation

Hi to all! After quickstart installation , there is this error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/ninfeaca/public_html/plugins/system/plg_jamenuparams.php on line 95

can you help me ?

Hey, i made it work.

So it turns out my server was running PHP 4.4.9 and for the theme to function properly you need to run PHP 5. I fixed it by adding

AddType x-mapp-php5 .php .php4

to the first line of my .htaccess file.

Are You having php5 istalled on Your server? Did You tried to reinstal joomla?

Yep I have Php5 and have already tried to reinstall joomla. Trying it right now for the 3rd time just incase i screwed up somewhere. Covering all bases! Don't you just love de-bugging!! hahaahah!!
