Jomsocial Troubles

Installed the template by Quickstart but jomsocial not picking gk style it is giving default style - pls.suggest

we have moved gk_style to components/com_community/templates -- it is not coming up like demo

Is there any one to reply?????????

Anyway, for those who have this doubt, here's the reason and solution:

Party Freak QuickStart package can't have JomSocial Component, extensions and plugins installed since they have all commercial rights and must be purchase on their owners.

The million dollar question is: If JomSocial is not installed, how could we included our Jomsocial theme?

So, after you install the quickstart version, install JomSocial and all his extensions and after this, them you need to copy the "gk_style" that comes inside of "jomsocial theme" folder on rest files package and paste to ../components/com_community/templates/

Now you can go to JomSocial Configuration > Layout and select "gk_style".

Now you can go to JomSocial Configuration > Layout and select "gk_style"."

My jomsocial version is 1.6
Buuut I have not a successful result

I did get Your mail with site url. Your JomSoc template is affected by changes You've made to the site. Please try to narrow all changes You made to specyfic layers/elements.

you are right.Thank you, problem solved..
I had created a folder "com_community" in the templates/gk_party_freak/html..I erased it, and the jomcial works fine.
