[SOLVED] Problem with modules in right_top

hi to everyone, i've installed this wonderful template and i'm testing it right now, but i've a problem with modules in right column. In my administration panel they are correctly set in right_top but in frontend i see them like they're 'stamped out', like they were in right1 position (or right2). How can i fix this problem?

edit: after some test i can see the problem, maybe, is that righ1 and right2 columns are empty. i tried to set 2 modules in that columns and everything is alright. but i don't want this, i only want all modules in right_top.

any idea to fix this problem please? i'm going mad

sorry but I don't remember exactly how I solved that problem...
I remember that I updated my linux server from php 4 to php 5 and I remember that in the adminstration panel of my server I set a permission file writible... sorry I don't remember which file
