Where are the two crowd background graphics kept? What directory, what file name?

Tried changing the grapic... keeping the name the same, but nothing changed. Any suggestions?

Did you use the same format?
Did you clear cache?

Hi

By "nothing change" You mean that the background is still the same? Are You sure You have overwrite the right files?
