Issues in bottom modules

Hello, for me, the modules are not displayed properly. The width is incorrect. The whole happens only on pages with articles and home page and only in IE 8 (7 I could not test).

Please explain what do You have on mind because I've checked it IE7, FF, Safari and site looks good to me.

The issues is only on pages wich based on articles.
