Anyone else having a problem with the style getting changed by the template? As soon as I disable the mod_pols in the template everything looks fine, but when I use it the template makes the text overlap.

Site is online by the way: www.west-point.nl

Hi

Since you are using " dark" module suffix, try adding this code:

Code: Select all
.moduletable.dark .poll td .sectiontableentry1,.moduletable.dark .poll td .sectiontableentry2{border-bottom: 1px solid #2C2D2D;}
.moduletable.dark .poll td:hover{background: transparent}
.moduletable.dark .poll thead{border-bottom: 1px solid #2C2D2D;color: #fff}

Cheers

Disabled mod_polls worked for me, Thanks that was driving me nuts. As for adding code, I added it to template.css and my issue was not resolved.

Are you sure? :huh:
Did you clean cache?

Because it should look like this with " dark" module suffix:

Yes, I added the above css and it didn't seem to affect my issue. In the first pic the module is in right bottom position in joomla. In the second pic I have the module in js_side_bottom module position in Jomsocial. The Module Class Suffix on both are set to dark.

From the Joomla homepage my poll comes out like this.

The way it looks in js_side_bottom module position.

Thanks

On which browser do you see this problem?
Is it FF? Do you have the latest version?

Yes, I am using the latest version of Firefox 3.6.3.

I downloaded gk_partyfreak_J!15 again just now, uninstalled it from my site and reinstalled it. Disabled joomla system cache, Global Check-in, Clean Cache, Purge Expired Cache. Same issue remains on the polls I have setup.

But I also have setup a temp folder where I installed the gk_partyfreak_quickstart_J!15.zip and I see the poll working fine on the joomla homepage. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find what the issue is. LOL
