Pages appears differently

Can you help me to discover why in my blog page the style appear differently between the homepage?

Those pages uses two diffrent blog styles for the articles. Please tell me which method do You prefer and I'll tell You what to do to make it look the same.

Hi. I also need to fix this issue somehow. All my menus with blog layout of categories shows fine, like lukej's first picture. BUT the menus with blog layout of sections shows up like lukej's second picture. I want them all to be like the first one.. is that somehow possible?

My guess is that they have set the home menu item to a category > Blog instead of articles frontpage .. And then set template to show mainbody on frontpage.. But I don't know
