Authorlink and HWD Videoshare problem

Hello,

A part of my problem has been posted before:
When I enable the authorlink the site crashed. That's over now, but authorlink (jomsocial newest version) only shows an url to a profile, not a clickable link.

Second problem:
As soon as I enable HWD Videoshare search, or the concent plugin, my template text(or at least parts gets brown.

The old contains some other errors which are still there, but which do not bother cause I disabled error reporting.

Fixed this, except the authorlink part.
