Wow! Looks very clean and freaky! ;)

My suggestion: It would be very nice, if you could also realize a light colored version! :)

It would probably make much more sense to allow the developer using the template to add any background they'd like.

Will this template also include:
Kunena style template
Jomsociale style template
Support for RedEvent of Eventlist

Would like to know this cause we are about to replace our websites template. Might choose for this one(would love to!), but it al depends on the compatibilty.

I saw those modules, but it will not change the jomsocial layout itself if I am not mistaken?

No. This modules doesn't effect JomSocial page.
As you probably already know, the modules are GK JomSocial Stats and GK JomSocial Members.

This is a fantastic looking new template! Is there any chance that it will also feature a white background option in addition the default black?

Question:

Would it be possible to create a Kunena, Redevent and Jomsocial style so the complete site looks the same? What would it cost (extra) above the normal price? Might be able the extract some money from our 'crew' for the website.

Hi

I'm afraid we need to delay for some days the release of the template.
.
PartyFreak will have JomSocial, K2 and JComments style support.
For Kunema, we can try added later (not a promise).

Our apologize for the inconvenience.

At this moment, we expect to show it next Saturday, but we will try to release it sooner. Like usual, from the demo date release, the source files will be available 1 or 2 days after.

Yeah, this is a little bit ridiculous. Promising dates and then pushing them back multiple times. I guess we can count on templates to be released at the end of the month each month now. If that's the case, I'm fine with that. Just don't promise what you can't deliver. Not a good business practice.

Have you guys thought about hiring more people or something? I can tell you as a customer for a few years that the last few months have been kind of disappointing. You guys are definitely in the top 3 of Joomla template developers and I think you have great original designs. Being last minute, hurry up on all this stuff can't be good for a great final product and customer satisfaction.

They haven't PROMISED anything and if they have, please point it out because I missed it.

Just relax and stop complaining, it'll be released when it's ready.

When they start missing months, then you'll have something to spend your time bitching about.

Relax Bro!

I'm just giving an honest opinion from a customer as it would relate to any business.

If I didn't think their templates were great, I wouldn't be on the edge of my seat waiting for this next great design to work with.

And yes, promises of release dates have been pushed back, forum posts modified, etc.

All I'm simply asking is for a somewhat consistent release date for the templates.

I think Gavick may be better off just keeping everything a secret until a template is released. That way people, like myself, don't see something they really like and get anxious to use it.

Well, it's true. We didn't promise any date.
There were 2 estimative dates, but unfortunately we could not complied and we apologize for this.

Our compromise with your Guys is to release a new template every single month, even at the end of the month, it's still March Template. If we have some delays, be sure that all Members will receive an increasing membership time subscription, enough to receive files, test and place primary doubts.

Have you guys thought about hiring more people or something?

Robert Gavick is the main Artist. From design point of view, all that you see and like, comes from him. But yes, we have a new and professional Artist that already is working for some days ago on the April Template. I've already saw the final design and i can assure that you will also be amaze with his quality.

Hello,
I agree that Gavick creates great templates, and I really want to support them. But I worry about the rushed nature of their relesases. Also, and perhaps this is related, I am worried about the lack of documentation and unanswered support questions.

I really want Gavick to succeed, so I say this as constructive criticism. Please take the time to work some of the issues out.

Thanks,
Matt

I also have a family, so I understand where you're coming from. However, I have deadlines in my work. I can't tell my clients, "Sorry, I have a family, so I'm going to be a month late with what you paid for."

If you were offering free templates, no one would complain. But we're paying customers. We can be sympathetic to your personal situation, but to continue being paid customers we need to know that you're improving your effort to meet release dates, provide documentation, and answer customer questions in the support forum.

I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say that you have terrific talents, and it's always interesting to see what your next project will be. Your templates and extensions are really great.

But I 'm starting to be unable to keep track of what you're doing month to month. For example, I don't understand how your new framework works, because I cannot find good documentation on it, and you didn't answer my question in the support forum about it.

Please try to develop a system that provides a little more regularity in your releases, slightly improved customer support, and better documentation.

Again, just trying to be supportive.

Thanks,
Matt
