Agree , i have said it many times and some of my posts have been deleted. First was the documentation, then the templates were released late, if you cant do it just let us know and dont let us pay just to wait you, to find free time to inform us

I also have a family, so I understand where you're coming from. However, I have deadlines in my work. I can't tell my clients, "Sorry, I have a family, so I'm going to be a month late with what you paid for."

Come on Mate, we are not a month late. Our compromise is to release a template on every month. It's still March, isn't it?

If you were offering free templates, no one would complain. But we're paying customers. We can be sympathetic to your personal situation, but to continue being paid customers we need to know that you're improving your effort to meet release dates, provide documentation, and answer customer questions in the support forum.

I'm on this team for 2 years ago and i assure you that we improve a lot since that time. Better templates, better and more free extensions, better documentations and ... yes, it's a fact: better support.

But I 'm starting to be unable to keep track of what you're doing month to month. For example, I don't understand how your new framework works, because I cannot find good documentation on it, and you didn't answer my question in the support forum about it.

T3 Framework is not ours and was developed by Joomlart Team. You can find more info on this page. Anyway, we will try to improve our documentation on this matter.

Mate, i do understand your opinion and i respect it. ;)
Well, we will always try to improve, listing to you guys and be sure that your works are heard. Anyway, i need to reply on what i disagree... :P

Cheers ;)

Seichinha,
I do see some improvements, especially if we look over a two-year period. That's true. But I also see some things going in the wrong direction. For example, the T3 framework.

Regarding the T3 framework: I am completely lost as to what its basic structure is all about. The Joomlart site has to be one of the most confusing Joomla theme sites I have ever seen. Nowhere on their site can I obtain good information about their framework. Their forum is completely closed to guests, so it's difficult to learn anything from them. The Wiki page you referred me to does not have any real information.

If I'm wrong, please correct me.

I respect your creativity and the amazing work you have done. Your design aesthetics are really terrific. Your template presentation is great and your extensions are also great.

But please help your customers understand what you're doing a little more.

Thanks,
Matt

I am seeing the same on Windows with FF 3.0 - 3.5.8. IE 8.0 is not having this problem.

How easy is it to change the background colour to white and not mess the template up?

Thank you for your time.

I don't mean this to come off as rude but I see this exact question asked all the time...

What about just opening up the PSD files and CSS files and creating the exact color theme you want or need for your client? Wouldn't that make more sense than the Gavick team taking time to do this for you, when they could be working on the next template?

I couldn't be anymore relaxed, seems like you guys need to relax and not jump on people that are here to help with offering solutions.

You are welcome ;)

Great, would like to use them. I am especially interested in the blue template for Kunena. I am not sure if I will be using the redevent template, since I have some issues with their component and support. Can't get people to sign up for an event like they sign up with eventlist.

Anyways, first I have to wait till my website works again. Have some issues with it which need to be finished first :)

Which Kunena are you using? I am using 1.5.8 ultimate (based on JoniJnm-Edition 1.4.1 )

Hi

Please understand that we cannot help on any customisation work.
We can't because of the time needed and because of our priorities for all users.
