Logo not showing up

I'm trying to add my logo to the top of the template it seems to be there but not showing up. Any ideas?

I've checked this on firebug and looks like image that you set for background so ../images/logo.png doesn't exist.

I changed the logo to logo3.png and uploaded it. then placed it where logo.png was in template.css and still all it shows it the gray background. What am I doing wrong?
