Parse Error... Please Help

I just joined a couple of days ago. This is the first template I have tried to install. I am using the quickstart package and have done the install 4 times now. Each time after I get through the initial setup and delete the installation file, I get a parse error and cannot access the site or administration. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this? Very disappointed.

Edit: I have tried everything I have found searching in this forum regarding this error. Nothing is working. Any ideas?
