help if anyone looks at this help forum?

I am trying to figure out a gavick template. memovie.

the modules are not right.

I look at the "quick start" loaded on a local host. its great looking.

I have a 1.5.20 joomla in installed and create three basic menus..

public and registered. on the joomla purity it works.

when I install the gavick, and I've tried this on corp 2 and memovie, no sense in trying for three strikes..

so.. here is the problem, the "template manager" shows "menu" the "module positions" on the software, and demo site.. show "menu" as a position.

there IS NOT A MENU position. there is menu1, a menu2, a menu3, a menu4, a menu5, a menu6, 7 8 9 and even 10, where they showup? some menu10 shows up in the breadcrumb.

so.. its the wild wild west trying to make a menu work properly. the "demo" of memovie shows the mainmenu in "top right", try that..

its a great looking template.. I'd like to use it .. I've paid to use it, but why is it so hard to get an answer from this "support" forum? I've post numerous posts here.. I've never heard a sound?

I know its just 40.00 but how about even a sign of life? I know you guys are overworked and understaffed.. but you are a business, that I purchased a template from. do you think its worth at least looking into.

I don't care that you moved to "t3" framework and don't have your documentation updated, no excuse.. update your documentation or stop selling things you dont support. it's a crying shame, that your templates look good.. is this just a mirror site?
