abnormal mainbody and modules position resize

when i click on a link in the right column of my site, the article appears, but the
mainbody position is wider, and adv_top position is appeard half and right1 and right2 positions are resized. This happens not in all links and modules and happens when the links are pressed in the frontpage. When i am in a secondary page and i hit the same link it doesnt happen. I am very confused, my website is www.mahitikanea.gr

also this problem appears when i click readmore in some articles in the mainbody

Iv done it, but problem remains. Please hit the first link under the righttop video. Then you should see that the video is shown half. Now go back and hit anywhwere in the topmenu and hit again the same link. It should appear correct....

As you can see, it is working fine now.
I have only to upgrade Memovie Template to version 2.0.
In this new version, with the respective T3 framework updated, columns width's calculation method was change and it solve this problem.

We did solve it by Skype. It was a wrong menu attachment of the modules.
