No sliding submenues in Memovies

hi ,
since december i've joined a business membership. After setting up a jommla based webpage for a friend of mine www.fitundfun24.de using the pulse template I am really happy.

However, I've got more familiar with Joomla since then. So my next step is to set up an update of my schools webpage this year. I've decided to use the Memovie template (snapshot www.rs-meinersen.de/joomla). All things are going fine so far except this problem:

However I try to test different parameters there are no sliding submenues when a second main menue is being set up on left / left_top module position.

Have you got any ideas to solve that problem. By the way, switching to another tempate as default, the sliding submenue works perfectly. Just seems to be a problem in programming the Memovies template.

switched to previous menu as option and got a sliding submenu...BUT in a bad shape. It's a pitty that a default list isn't able to create a submenu in module position. However it works so far...not that beauty but okay.

There's no sliding sub-menu effect on module, but try set "Menu Style" as "list". It will look much better.
