MeMovie installation - can't find files

Hello. I am trying to complete my MeMovie installation and don't understand how to do the following:

Step 12) Copy JComments style from rest_package zip folder and select gk_style as template (inside Layout setting).

Do I do this within the Administrator, or do I have to ftp files to a folder?

The readme file says, "Move the gk_style to components/com_jcomments/tpl/ ."

I can't find the components/com_jcomments/tpl/ folder? plugin? Not sure what to do.

Any help would be appreciated. This is my first attempt at installing a Template, so I am probably missing something obvious.

I successfully executed the other steps, but can't figure this out.
