Please could anybody help me? I have put setup animation to the NSP header (normal mode) and after that the site stopped working, I receive error 1064. I disabled the animation and put the settings as it were, but site still does not work, maybe somebody knows what it could be? :(

It seems like your hosting company doesn't meet Joomla requirements - You were installing your site from quickstart directly on site or copying from local development site?

Hi Cyberek, thank you very much for your reply. I installed the template from quickstart template and everything worked fine before this change. My hosting is positioned as a special Joomla hosting, so I do not think that is a problem. Is there any way to debug the problem?

The hosting support has disabled me all the modules news pro and now the site starts, so the issue was 100% the module. I´ll enable them 1 by 1 except the problematic one, but could anybody debug it when I'll enable the problematic module again?

Are You 100% sure, during installation ale requirements was 100% ok? The problems you are describing in most cases happens when hosting company has configuration that doesn't met Joomla requirements.

Hi Cyberek. Could you please specify in technical terms which requirements exactly must it be, so I could transfer it to hosting support? Everything was ok during installation and everything worked fine before this animation enabling. I had to delete all gknews modules and reinstall them.

I don't have full list right now and it varies between J3.x and J2.x, but when You install there is a screen showing php settings required and on server (display_errors among them). For J3.x it looks this way:

If any of "Actual" items differ from recommended (even if they are green) - there is a problem with hosting configuration and it usually can be solved on server side.

Hi Cyberek, thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay. The hosting support said me that all the requirements are like in your document. Could be an other reason why I can't activate the animation on news module? Maybe I should use the 5 version? Actually I use the 3.

You should update NSP to at least 4 version. It might be a conflict between used Joomla version and old, incompatible plugin.
