Menu with modules

I would like a menu. Inside have a module, for example latest news. I can use a third-party menu or would have issues with the template?.

TWN uses templates custom menu generator, so if You would like to replace it with another menu module, then You would need to do some CSS'ing to bring the look back.

Yes, we don't support 3rd party extensions.
If You don't know css well, I would suggest to hire frontend freelancer for that job.
