Banner Vertical out of Template

Hi, it is Posible to put a vertical banner in the columns out of template.

Jommla version 2.5

Template Version news II - 2.16

Right now the only solution is to use centered background, but banners will not be clickable.
If You would like to make it clickable it would require a lot of custom coding.
