my right hand column has changed size

Hi, yesterday my site was fine it was showing the correct way in the articles which is an example here

now you can see the right hand column are a good size and i can fit on there the different sections that i need, however when you look at this page

you can see that the right column is the same size as the home page, but in the inside pages of the site it should be as per the first link

now i noticed this problem today, what i did was as follows

i use sh404sef and i deleted an url as i was sorting something out then i noticed that when i went back to the page it was like the second link where it was very small on the right hand column, and if i go to sh404sef and delete another url in another section then it will happen again, it will go from the way it should look to the way it looks in the second url

any help would be great.
