Adding multiple banner positions

I wanted to add several banner positions next to the logo, and I followed an instructions found on this discussion, but I wasn't able to do it by myself, is there any one who can teach me how to add the positions, described on the attached screen shot?

If You will have any problems with using css to place new created modules in their place, please post a banner in each of them, and then share url to your site, so I can prepare working CSS for You.
