mobile version on desktop?

I feel my site is not stable since users sometimes have mobile version on the desktop computers. I have really no idea what caused this problem? Even there is the mobile version button, saying "Switch to Desktop version". i would highly appreciate If you guys give me some ideas how to handle this kind of malfunction?

Always test your website on few browsers not only one, because it this way you'll be sure that's everything is okey. Even I sometimes forget some add-on that template broke down. So you have to ask them what browser they are using and which version.

Actually, I don't want the mobile version appear on desktop computers. I suppose the template itself should recognize the device it loads. But in my case, mobile version shows up on the desktops. That's my problem. Any suggestions?
