GK Cache & GK ExtCache Plugins

I dont see GK Cache & GK ExtCache Plugins installed in my website .. .from where I can download them?

Hi,
you can find them in rest_files package. Please download it and unzip. You will find them in plugins folder.

Installed and works fine .. however i have small question, installing these cache plugins would effect publishing the articles? I mean will be there in a delay in showing off the article on the front page or it will be show immediately?
