k2 RSS and error 500 "Unable to load renderer class"

hi i have a big problem without any solution (for now). When i use twice the link of RSS in my browser on k2 it works well, but if i click only one time directly it gives me "Error 500 Unable to load renderer class". So i can't use it for services for Social RSS publishing. What could i do? I don't know which file have this issue (that can't recevei the renderer class). I'll wait your response (sorry for my bad english ).

I think that you should ask the K2 support team, because we are only providing the K2 templates (views) and it seems to be a problem connected with the K2 logic (models or controllers).
